Class Booking and Cancellation Policy

This class booking and cancellation policy applies to our online class booking system bookaclass.horderhealthcare.co.uk, accessed through our website www.horderhealthcare.co.uk.

Booking

All classes must be paid for in advance, at the time of booking either by debit/credit card online, PayPal, over the phone or in person at reception.

Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance.  Classes for the following week can be booked in advance immediately following completion of the current class.

You can only book places for yourself and no one else can attend in your place if you are unable.

All Pilates classes are booked and pre paid for in blocks of 6 consecutive weeks. To achieve the maximum benefits from these classes it is important that you are available to attend weekly for the full 6 sessions wherever possible. If for any reason you are unable to attend a session within the 6 week period you will receive a class credit for this session if cancelled no less than 24 hours before the advertised class start time. You can then rebook the session affected, however all 6 sessions must be taken within a 10 week period from the start of your first class. Customers are only able to book 2 consecutive courses of Pilates at any one time.

It may be necessary to change the prices quoted on our website, but this will not affect bookings that have already been paid for and notice will be given of any change.

Cancellations

Cancellations should be made via your login on the website or phone, we do not accept cancellations by email.

If you wish to cancel your booking and have given more than 24 hours notice a refund can be given but your place in that class will not be reserved and may be lost for future weeks.

For all classes, if less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given before the classes advertised start time a refund is unable to be given. If the class is part of a Pilates course this is unable to be rebooked.

If Horder Healthcare cancels or changes a class less than 24 hours before a full refund will be given.

Please note that all refunds will be transferred directly into your bank account within 3 working days.

Gift Vouchers

Please note that payment by gift vouchers is only possible via telephone or at reception in our clinics. Gift vouchers are not able to be used on our online booking system.

No Show

If class attendees fail to turn up for class without prior notice (“no-show”). No refund will be given for the class.

Class Numbers

For Health and safety reasons classes are limited to a set number of attendees and cannot be increased.

Data Privacy

We will record any personal information you give us in line with the current data-protection laws.
It is important that we hold the most up-to-date contact details for you. You are responsible for keeping all your personal contact details and choices for how you want to receive marketing materials up to date.

Liability

You should consult your doctor before you start any exercise programme and / or class especially if you are not sure whether it is suitable.
