The Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sister to join the team of staff at The Horder Centre.

As a Senior Sister on the ward you will act as a role model to the team, liaising with consultants and multi disciplinary colleagues you will ensure standards of patient care are consistently maintained. You will be a registered nurse with experience of motivating and developing a team.

The successful candidate will posses excellent leadership, interpersonal, planning and organisational skills.
