Role description

We’re looking for an exceptional Theatre Nurse or Practitioner with Ophthalmic Scrub Experience.  You will have a passion for high standards and a meticulous eye for detail.
Working in this pressured environment as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team, you’ll work on a varied caseload using technology, equipment and facilities which are state-of-the-art to meet our high standards.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to supervise, support and mentor clinical colleagues at all levels. Working in collaboration you will lead the team in the delivery of high quality care that is clinically effective and evidence based.  You will also take a proactive approach to providing education, training and mentorship to meet development needs.
