We offer a variety of exercise classes across our locations, including Balance & Flexibility, Modified Pilates, Fitness for the Over 50's and Lower Limb Strength & Stability.

We regret to inform you that all face to face exercise classes have been cancelled, for an indefinite period of time.

We offer a wide range of classes at The Horder Centre including Fitness for the Over 50s, Modified Pilates, Balance & Flexibility and much more.

To book a class, please use our online class booking system. Please note, to ensure we have a fair system for all of our customers we have clear booking and cancellation rules in place.

Horder Healthcare offers physiotherapy services from The Horder Centre and several clinics located in the South East. We provide expert service and treatment affordably priced at just £50 for the initial consultation and £35 for follow up appointments. All of our Physiotherapists are Members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC) and attend regular training and development activities to ensure current evidence-based practice.
We offer a range of health and wellbeing articles, recipes and exercise videos to enable people to self manage conditions and make healthy lifestyle choices, as well as preventing the development of musculoskeletal problems.
