Horder Healthcare offers a wide range of health and fitness classes designed to keep you in shape and help strengthen joints and muscles. For more information please choose from the locations below.

Classes at The Horder Centre Crowborough

We offer a wide range of classes at The Horder Centre including Fitness for the Over 50s, Modified Pilates, Balance & Flexibility and much more.

Classes at Horder Healthcare Tunbridge Wells

From our clinic located in the centre of Tunbridge Wells, we offer a variety of exercise classes, including Modified Pilates (beginners and intermediate), Lower Limb Strength and Stability, amongst others.

Classes at Horder Healthcare Seaford and Eastbourne

A selection of classes are available throughout the week at our clinics in Eastbourne and Seaford.

How to Book a Class

To book a class, please use our online class booking system or call 01892 601466. Please note, to ensure we have a fair system for all of our customers we have clear booking and cancellation rules in place.

  • Horder Healthcare offers physiotherapy services from The Horder Centre and several clinics located in the South East. We provide expert service and treatment affordably priced at just £50 for the initial consultation and £35 for follow up appointments.
