If you are struggling with a poor appetite or you are looking for a high protein post workout drink this quick and easy milkshake is ideal for you. This energy dense milkshake is high in protein and extremely tasty, even better it's made from all your store cupboard ingredients.


Ingredients (serves one)

1 tbsp peanut butter
½ pint milk
1 small banana
1 scoop skimmed milk powder
1 tsp honey



1. Slice the banana and place on a plastic sheet, freeze for at least 2 hours.

2. Blend the milk & banana until smooth

3. Add the skimmed milk powder, honey and blitz again until fully mixed.

4. Pour and enjoy
