If you are struggling with a poor appetite or you are looking for a high protein post-workout drink this quick and easy milkshake is ideal for you. This energy-dense milkshake is high in protein and extremely tasty, even better it's made from all your store cupboard ingredients.

Ingredients (serves one)

1 tbsp peanut butter
½ pint milk
1 small banana
1 scoop skimmed milk powder
1 tsp honey

 

 

Method:
1. Slice the banana and place on a plastic sheet, freeze for at least 2 hours.

2. Blend the milk & banana until smooth

3. Add the skimmed milk powder, honey and blitz again until fully mixed.

4. Pour and enjoy
