Horder Healthcare have been shortlisted for the national Personnel Today Awards 2014.
The charity has been shortlisted for two categories – the Award for Health at Work and the Employee Engagement Award for under 1,000 employees. The winners will be announced on November 18 at a ceremony in London.
More than 100 businesses are included on the shortlist from a broad range of industries in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
It is the first time that the charity, which celebrates its 60th birthday this year, has entered the Personnel Today Awards.
Glenda Rogers, HR and PR Manager for Horder Healthcare, said: “We are really thrilled to be on the shortlist for both categories as the charity is only as good as the people who work within it, so engagement with the entire team is crucial to us and, of course, being a healthcare charity, health at work is of paramount importance.”
