Horder Healthcare wins East Sussex Business of the Year!

We are excited to announce that Horder Healthcare is this year's winner of the East Sussex Business of the Year which took place 16th October 2015 The prestigious award was given at the BEST4BIZ conference, organised by the Alliance of Chambers in East Sussex (ACES), on behalf of East Sussex County Council, to celebrate excellence amongst local organisations in the county.

Horder Healthcare was nominated for the award by Crowborough Chamber of Commerce and was one of several nominees showcased during the event that was attended by more than 250 business leaders at the East Sussex National, near Uckfield.

Alison Green, Strategic Development Manager at The Horder Centre, and Jane Vince, Centre Operations Manager at The McIndoe Centre, were presented with the award.

Horder Healthcare Chief Executive Di Thomas said: “It was a real honour to win the inaugural BEST4BIZ East Sussex Business of the Year. As a charity, Horder Healthcare’s key purpose is ‘to advance health to as many people as possible’ so to receive this accolade is a true testament to all our staff and the outstanding services that we provide from our hospitals and clinics.

Christina Ewbank, on behalf of ACES, said: “Congratulations to Horder Healthcare. The judges found it very difficult to choose a winner from a range of different and excellent businesses but in the end Horder Healthcare was a very worthy winner. The conference and awards evening really showcased the best of East Sussex and why the area is the destination of choice for so many businesses.”
