1. In a bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.
2. In a separate bowl combine mashed banana, milk, vanilla extract and honey/syrup.
3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.
4. Spray olive oil onto a hot non-stick pan and add one ladle full of pancake mix, cook until starting to bubble and then flip, cook until golden. Serve with a portion of berries, and a drizzle of syrup.
