Spicy baked beans

A healthy high fibre dish packed with protein and delicious served hot or cold. The beans have been livened up with fresh coriander and a touch of spice - reduce the amount of spices if you prefer a milder recipe.

Ingredients (serves one)

150g canned baked beans
¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
Half teaspoon curry powder
One tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves and stems
Quarter teaspoon ground garam masala
Black pepper (optional)
Dash of Worcester sauce

How to prepare

Simply mix all the ingredients together, adjust the seasoning and serve hot or cold.
