Today is World Arthritis Day!
This year, World Arthritis Day is asking people to share their stories about how they have taken action to live their life to the fullest with a rheumatic and musculoskeletal disease (RMD) is order to provide greater education to people both within the RMD community and the general public. You can share your story via social media, using the hashtag #WADStory or upload your story directly to the World Arthritis Day website.
Colin Quickfall, 75, from Tunbridge Wells was unable to walk longer distances and was waking at night from the pain of arthritis before his operation at The Horder Centre in July.
Just three months after surgery, Colin is able to walk without pain, is enjoying golf again and feels “100% better.”
