The Fitness for the over 50s class is a dynamic class aimed to improve overall fitness, strength and flexibility.

The class is aimed at those people who are over 50, generally fit and well but who would like to improve their overall fitness and strength.

Many exercises tend to focus on the bigger muscles such as the quadriceps or gluteal muscles, therefore may be difficult for those following recent knee replacements or significant arthritis in the knees.
