Personal exercise therapy is a one to one session with fully individualised support from a qualified Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor and is designed to achieve multiple health and wellbeing goals which include: balance, ongoing remedial exercise (following physiotherapy discharge), sport-specific conditioning, strength training, core stability and postural corrections.
This service is suitable for those who would like personal exercise training and further guidance on their specific exercise goals. It is also intended for those who do not wish to attend group classes or those who find it difficult to manage their exercise goals in a group environment.
