Our dedicated and compassionate nursing and clinical teams will support you through every aspect of your treatment programme, keeping you continually informed of your progress and answering any queries you may have.
Our patient care does not stop once you have left the hospital.
As a self pay patient you can enjoy 120 days of guaranteed cover after your procedure should you need further treatment, including physiotherapy. Please note, health and wellbeing classes are not part of the 120 days package.
The table below is a guide for private healthcare costs of some of the most common treatments and procedures.
The package price includes the main treatment, your hospital stay and a follow-up appointment. Please note, like many self pay providers, the initial consultation and pre-op diagnostics are not included in the treatment package price.

As a self pay patient you can ask your GP to refer you, if appropriate, to Horder Healthcare, informing them that you will be paying for the procedure or service yourself. Your GP can then write an ’open referral letter’ which will advise on the treatment you require. You can request a specific consultant if you wish or your GP may suggest a particular consultant, in which case this will be a ‘direct referral letter’. You will then be contacted by Horder Healthcare to arrange an appointment, or you can contact us directly at a time that suits you. Physiotherapy appointments are available to book without GP referral.

Payment can be made via cash, personal cheque or Building Society/Bankers draft cheque, debit or credit card (there will be no charge added for credit card payments) or by BACS payment.
Please note, payment will need to be made in full up to 10 days prior to surgery.
