Personal Exercise Therapy

A physiotherapist helps a patient in a private class - available at Horder healthcare.

What is personal exercise therapy?

Personal exercise therapy is a one to one session with fully individualised support from a qualified Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor.

Personal Exercise Therapy is designed to achieve multiple health and wellbeing goals which include: balance, ongoing remedial exercise (following physiotherapy discharge), sport specific conditioning, strength training, core stability and postural corrections.

Benefits

• Individualised support
• Those who have regular appointments will undergo performance analysis via baseline scores to continuously measure improvement
• Specifically tailored exercise programmes based on the clients own exercise goals
