Shoulder class

What is Shoulder class?

The shoulder class is a supervised exercise circuit that is designed to improve the movement, flexibility, stability and strength of your shoulder following surgery.

Structure of the class

The class runs once a week for an hour. It is lead by one of our chartered physiotherapist in our state of the art gym facility.

How to take part in the class

Your physiotherapist will refer you into the class following your surgery if required. If you have not had surgery at The Horder Centre you will need to be seen first by one of our physiotherapists to make sure the class is appropriate for you.
