Sports Rehabilitator

Dan graduated as a Sports Rehabilitator at the University of Salford, Greater Manchester, in 2010. He has achieved membership to the British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT) having gained valuable experience with a number of professional sports clubs including Accrington Stanley FC, Sale Sharks RFC & Salford City Reds.

More recently, Dan has provided pitch side support and rehabilitation guidance for the East Grinstead Hockey Club Men’s team, being part of the team that successfully defended their national indoor title at Wembley Arena for a record 6 straight time.

Dans sole focus is now on his role at Horder Healthcare where he operates 21 exercise classes; amongst them Pilates, Balance & Flexibility & the ever popular Fitness for the Over Fifties.

As of Spring 2016, Dan will be providing one-to-one sessions alongside his group classes with the emphasis on promoting injury prevention and rehabilitation exercises for a number of common musculoskeletal conditions including; Back pain, lower limb instability, postural issues and shoulder impingement
