Catherine has over 22 years experience in working in the musculoskeletal field of physiotherapy. She has specialised in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal pain and chronic pain. Catherine graduated from the University of Sydney in 1997 and completed her Masters in Health Science in manipulative physiotherapy in 2004. She worked in both the public and private system in Australia before sheading ot the Uk in 2004 and since then has worked in the NHS in inner London and also has her own private practice in Brighton.
She has worked for the Horder Centre since 2012, initially as Clinical Lead Extended Scope Physiotherapist, assisting in developing the skills of the physiotherapy department. After a short break she rejoined the Horder team, and Sussex MSK partnership to perform Advanced Practice Orthopaedic Assessment Clinics. She also undertakes expert physiotherapy witness reports in cases of clinical negligence and quantum claims and is on the committee of the Medico-legal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
