This recipe is another great way of incorporating fruit into a delicious pudding. Freezing the banana gives it a great texture.


4 bananas
50g dark chocolate
80g mixed nuts, crushed





1. Slice the banana into thick slices and lay on non stick baking tray. Place in freezer for 2 hours until frozen through

2. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of boiling water

3. Remove banana from the freezer and place in a bowl, drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with the nuts
