Impact Report 2023
Our Impact Report for 2023 highlights key achievements in improving patient experience, including reducing hip replacement patients' length of stay at The Horder Centre and launching a new women’s health service at The McIndoe Centre.
We also report on how Horder Healthcare has supported apprenticeships, celebrated its first trainee nurse associate qualification, recruited international nurses, and developed a leadership program. Additionally, we share how we have upheld our charitable mission by funding clinical bursaries, supporting food banks, and reducing environmental impact.

We report on The Horder Centre implementing cutting-edge technology in the form of the ROSA (Robot Surgical Assistant) Knee system, and the commendable strides made in breast reconstruction surgery for post-cancer care at The McIndoe Centre.

Impact Report 2021
Our Impact Report for 2021 focuses on how the organisation continued to support the NHS in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and committed to growing the engagement of staff, increasing mental health and wellbeing support.
As a City and Guilds Training Centre the report also details how The Horder Centre continues to offer a highly successful apprenticeship scheme and the huge contribution it makes to the organisation.
