Richard Tyler (Chief Executive)
Richard Tyler joined Horder Healthcare in November 2016, to read more about Richard’s appointment click here. Richard’s role at Horder Healthcare includes responsibility for the orthopaedic hospital and centre of excellence The Horder Centre in Crowborough, outreach clinics in Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne and Seaford and The McIndoe Centre in East Grinstead, a specialist plastic and reconstructive surgery centre which has now also commenced orthopaedic work.
Richard Bentley (Operations Director)
Richard Bentley joined Horder Healthcare in August 2015 bringing a wealth of senior leadership experience from a number of sectors including retail, manufacturing, outsourced services and healthcare. Most recently, Richard was Hospital Director for one of Nuffield Health's large acute hospitals leading teams to deliver significant mission critical services. Richard is passionate about developing people enabling them to deliver outstanding customer service and results. Married with four children, three dogs, chickens, ducks and bees, when time allows he is an avid follower of sport, especially cricket and rugby.
Rachel Dixon (Director of Clinical Services)
Joined Horder Healthcare in April 2008 as Director of Clinical Services. Previously held senior management positions within the Independent sector for 13 years having spent 5 years as a Matron for BUPA and a further 8 years with Nuffield Hospitals. Has a particular interest in quality and risk management and leads Horder Healthcare’s Clinical Excellence programme.
James Hiley (Finance Director)
James joined Horder Healthcare in November 2015 as Director of Finance and IM&T. A Chartered Management Accountant who has held director posts in construction, charitable and scientific consultancy organisations before joining Horder. Married with two children, who in his spare time enjoys flying gliders and practicing judo.
